Return Policy Overview
- Returns period: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return goods.
- Condition: Goods must be returned unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
- Easy returns: Returns to us are simple and our customer service team is ready to help you.
Return Freight
- For defective products: No costs to the customer. This applies if the product was delivered incorrectly, was damaged during transport or is otherwise defective.

In case of cancellation (Change of Mind): There is no cost to the customer. A prepaid return shipping label is included in your original package for your convenience at no additional charge.
How to return an item
- Contact us: Send an email to contact@clauna.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive instructions: We will send you a return authorization and step-by-step instructions.
- Pack the item: Pack the item securely in original packaging including all accessories, labels and documents.
- Print return label: Locate the prepaid return label that was included in your original package. If you have misplaced this label, contact us and we will email you a replacement for free.
- Returns: Drop off your package at the carrier specified in the returns email.
Refund procedure
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.
- Refund: Once the inspection is approved, your refund will be processed. It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
